Infusion grilling combines grilling and steaming, producing familiar grill marks on the outside of your meat but keeping moisture and flavor inside. This grill has an infusion cup for liquids in its center so you can steam specific flavors into your meats, such as hickory-smoke flavoring, hot pepper sauce, or garlic.
This large circular grill can easily fit a pair of New York strip steaks or four to six chicken breasts and drains all the fat runoff into a separate tray. Its easy-to-use temperature control goes up to 440 degrees F and offers a warming option as well. A see-through glass lid helps trap moisture into your meats as they cook and lets you watch their progress. The nonstick skillet cleans up easily and can be immersed in water.
